Demo request details
When you submit the demo form, you provide your name, email, company, team size, optional website, and optional description of your needs. We use those details to review your request, prepare for a conversation, and contact you about the demo.
Storage and notifications
The production form is designed to store requests in Cloudflare D1 and send an internal notification through a private Cloudflare Email Service worker. Cloudflare processes the submitted information to support that workflow. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies production submissions to reduce automated abuse and may process technical browser and request information for that verification. In a local development preview, submissions remain in a local file and the confirmation identifies that preview behavior.
Public tools
The campaign planner, calculators, signature builder, copy review, templates, and prompts run in your browser. The public DNS lookup tools send the domain and selector you enter to Cloudflare’s public DNS resolver; those searches are not stored by Reply Runway and do not change DNS records. Other tool content is not submitted to us unless you separately enter it into the demo request form. Copy and download actions use your device.
Contact and request removal
For questions about a demo request, to correct your details, or to ask us to remove the request, contact ravi@avryxa.com. We use demo details for the requested conversation and related follow-up. This form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Website operation
The site uses hosting infrastructure to serve pages and process form requests. This implementation does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process technical request information as part of operating and securing their services.
